Inspection Preparation
General Information:
- Make sure that all utilities are on before the inspection date.
- Include the square footage of detached buildings on the property if you wish to have those inspected also.
- Prepare any questions you wish to ask about the house so that you can get the answers at the inspection.
For Sellers:
- Make sure that attic access is available and not blocked.
- Make sure all pets are caged or boarded.
- Make sure that all electrical panels are accessible.

General Information:
Starting base pricing depends on the total under beam square footage (which is larger than living square footage).

Pricing is variable depending on the property and a number of factors including but not limited to the following:
- Total under beam square footage (Total under beam footage is larger than living square footage)
- Type of structure (raised houses with crawlspace or underside)
- Age of home (Houses 35 years & Older due to Difficulty & Time)
Other fees, costs & considerations include:
- Pricing subject to $5 fee for state inspection fee requirement
- Payments made through PayPal add 3%
- Any extra building on the property to be inspected may be separately priced – check for details
